The postal code is 5 digits, written to the left of the name of the town or city.
The first 2 digits of the code represent a province, from Alava (01) through Zaragoza (50).
Post Office Box is "Apartado de Correos" in Spanish.
There are more than 150 different types of street names, with a majority of streets (approx. 80%) belonging to the standard type "calle".
Spanish addresses may contain kilometre indications rather than numerical house numbers.
