The RML Plus option is geared towards companies who need to know who is returning the product. The end customer obtains a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) label from the Internet or a call centre before returning the item. The whole process can be tracked and traced, and Spring confirms receipt of the items at different stages of the returns flow before they are returned to you.
