How?
This is the way it works:
- A return label and full instructions for returning goods are enclosed in your product packaging. The same information can also be placed on your website and customers can download return labels. hen customers need to return a product, they simply attach the label to the box.
- The customer then takes the product to his local post office for posting. The customer does not have to pay for the cost of return.
- The products are sent to Spring. Here the returned items are processed for return.
- The returned products are delivered to your chosen location. The frequency of the
deliveries can be tailored to your specific requirements.
